Universiti Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) formerly known as Universiti Hospital is in a bad shape of maintenance. As a hospital, the cleanliness and maintenance should at least be at par with that of a 5-star hotel or resort. The current condition is much worse than that of a 2-star hotel. I don't know who is responsible but it is a big disgrace to the health department if not the nation. Malaysians always take pride in doing projects on a grand scale such as the KLCC and KLIA. But nobody is willing to claim responsibility when it comes to the maintenance and upkeep of government properties. Such is the attitude of the proud Malaysians. Malaysia Boleh?
